Day 21 – nature photography.
I think it’s a given that we all snap away happily on our iPhones nowadays BUT how about we find a sunny spot outdoors and breathe in our surroundings and REALLY look at the detail …. then take a snap.
Meditative photography can go hand in hand with breathing and relaxation. With my photo here we enjoyed looking at the ferns, seeing those that had not yet unfurled and enjoying the splash of colour given by the wildflowers. Slowing down and focusing makes everything connect better 💚
