Testimonials

I had struggled to find a local forest school open to mums and tots rather than just preschools and nurseries so I was so pleased to discover Nature Noodles. Jenny is absolutely fantastic, she is really creative with the activities and puts her heart and soul into every session. She makes an effort to get to know every single child and makes sure there are activities set out that cover all of their interests, though the children are free to play in whichever way they like.

Both my kids absolutely love going to Nature Noodles and on “non-noodle” days I repeatedly get asked “How many sleeps ’til Nature Noodles Mummy?!”.

I am a local childminder that uses Nature Noodles. All of my children absolutely love the sessions that Jenny plans and we develop the experiences/interests gained at Nature Noodles at my house.

This was our first term of Nature Noodles and we absolutely love it. Jenny organises fantastic sessions which we love to get involved in. We cannot recommend Nature Noodles enough.

My son and niece absolutely love their sessions at Nature Noodles. Jenny has a fantastic manner with the children which really brings out the best in them. Each week is different and carefully planned to cater for all interests.

Have spent last two weeks at forest school with my granddaughter. What an amazing experience for toddlers. Outdoor activities with interaction with a great group of children and mums. Carefully planned to give a great time for all.

Nature Noodles provides the ideal environment for my little girl to play and explore whilst learning about nature and the world around us. I love how Jenny leads the sessions in a relaxed but informative manner and with so much enthusiam and passion.

We went to our first session in September, mainly as I was curious as to what a forest school was, and now you just can’t keep us away. We have been attending regularly ever since; come rain, come shine, come freezing temperatures, you won’t find us anywhere else on a Thursday morning!

We have both made wonderful friendships and I love how social the group has become. We have just finished the latest block of sessions and already can’t wait for next term…Where else would a two year old get to build dens, make magic potions, make mud pies, jump/dance/sit in copious amounts of mud, pond dip for “fishes”, look for fairies, saw, hammer and toast her own marshmallows…

My husband and I came to your Forest School on the 27th July with our grandson Sam who is 4 years old.  I was very impressed with how Forest School was organised and the activities that children could take part in if they wished.  They were not pressurised into doing anything they did not want to do.

Sam enjoyed his time on site.  He made a bug house with wood and nails and he also used a bow saw to cut around a piece  of wood with the help of Jenny which he then wrote his name on.  He took both of these back to his home in Welshpool and are now proudly on display.

Sam loved trying to cook the bread dough on a stick (the fire was not hot enough) but he enjoyed cooking this at home and he liked the popcorn which was cooked on the fire.  He also loved being able to run around the site and being able to hear the trains.

Thank you Jenny, next time he visits I would like to bring him again and would recommend the Forest School experience to all parents allowing children to see the wonderful nature around them.

I would just like to thank you for the absolutely amazing birthday party you led for my daughter and her friends.  Everything was planned and thought out so perfectly to accommodate her interests,  even despite the rain making an appearance.  All of her friends went away raving about what a wonderful time they had, how kind and fun you were and the messages I received from parents equally showed how impressed they were.

Again, thank you so much for making her 7th birthday so special 😊
