๐ฟ๐ฟSOO after a quiet week mostly doing NOT a lot, today I had a chance to get out and pick some DAISIES to start off my daisy bruise balm that Iโm keen to make.๐ฟ๐ฟ
๐ฟ๐ฟI picked a good handful from a plentiful area and let them wilt a bit in the sun. Just by chance most of mine had short stems.๐ฟ๐ฟ
๐ฟ๐ฟONCE these had wilted I popped some oil over them to the top using an old jam jar and left them on my windowsill, the jar will need to be shaken everyone once in a while before draining off the oil in a couple of weeks.๐ฟ๐ฟ
๐ฟ๐ฟYOU then add bees wax to make a balm. I have some bees wax but I might use coconut oil – Iโm thinking I drain off the oil, heat up the bees wax/ coconut oil and then pour this over the mixture to make the balm.๐ฟ๐ฟ
๐ฟ๐ฟHAVE a go! Ps. I used sunflower oil to pour over the daisies but not sure it matters much. ๐ฟ๐ฟ
๐ THIS recipe is a mix of quite a few I have seen on the internet/ Facebook/ Pinterest๐
