🌿🌿STANDING in the queue to get into ASDA the other day … I felt I was being watched 👁.  Can anyone SEE it too?😊🌿🌿

🌿🌿YESTERDAY I collected some hedge garlic – there’s a lot growing up the Brampton Valley Way.  Not tried it before but with an egg sandwich it was yummy 😋 🌿🌿

🌿🌿OUR finished stick n string photo frame that my eldest daughter came up with …. super simple & effective.  I used Elder because it’s nice and straight and because I had some but you could use any straight stick, even garden canes.  Any knot will do, we used the Clove hitch to attach the string and had some small golden pegs in my garage left over from Christmas I think, I am sure sellotape/ double sided tape would work.  It’s a BIT fiddly BUT looks lovely 💚🌿🌿

🐝LOVED Chris Packhams Twitter/ Facebook video this morning …. especially about the bees and Dave Goulson.  ARE we seeing more queen bumblebees at the moment OR are we just more AWARE?  This beauty came into our kitchen yesterday (the bee flew out again) 💚🐝

🌿🌿TRYING to remain socially responsible whilst heading out for a walk today.  IT was late afternoon and the Brampton Valley Way was busy, we will have to rethink our walk time.  WE visited the Outdoor Classroom and noticed how green it looked.  MY girls enjoyed exploring the changes made by fallen trees and we managed to go off track across meadows on the way home.  Lovely to see familiar faces.  Keep safe.🌿🌿

🌿🌿…. we ALSO made a car BUT hands up cheated massively: the wood was quite hard so we ended up using an electric drill rather than a palm drill BUT you can SEE the idea – using Elder circles for the wheels made them easier to attach.  Daisy didn’t get the involvement we wanted (I’m NOT that blasé about health & safety😀) but we shall try again once I’ve got more wood.💚🌿🌿

🌿🌿SOO I had slightly more success yesterday (after the lack of interest in knot tying😊) with a decorate a peg challenge.  MOST likely because this was their idea rather than mine. 💚🌿🌿
