🌞🌞SUCH glorious weather! Loved making an easy peasey elderflower sparkling drink-

About 5/6 flower heads
Sparkling water
Lemon 🍋
Some sugar poured in (to taste)

Give it a stir and …. taste of Spring in 5 minutes. You can leave the elder flowers in to infuse for longer if you wish. I don’t drink gin but I’m told this is lovely with it 😊🌞🌞
